📄 Terms of Service

By accessing or using AImodularity.com or any of its services (including A2SPA), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and AI Blockchain Ventures LLC (dba AImodularity).

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

If you use AImodularity on behalf of a company, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that company to these terms.

We offer:

• Modular AI agents that operate using cryptographically signed payloads
• A secure verification API (A2SPA)
• Usage tracking, logging, and ROI reporting
• Token-based billing for API usage

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

To access most features, you must create an account and provide accurate information.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use

When you create agents, you receive unique API keys and private keys.

• A2SPA operates on a token billing system
• Each verified payload = 1 token = $0.01 USD
• Tokens must be purchased in advance
• All payments are processed via Stripe
• No refunds except as required by law

You are responsible for monitoring your credit balance.

You agree not to:

• Use agents for illegal activity
• Attempt to bypass security or signature requirements
• Resell or repackage our services without written consent
• Use automation to flood or overload the system
• Share your private API keys with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user for violations.

All materials, code, designs, and features on AImodularity.com — including A2SPA — are the intellectual property of AI Blockchain Ventures LLC.

You may not:

• Copy or reverse-engineer the A2SPA SDK
• Falsely claim authorship of protocol methods
• Use our branding, logos, or visuals without permission

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@aiblockchainventure.com.

We may terminate or suspend your account:

• For violating these terms
• For suspected fraud or abuse
• For inactivity longer than 12 months

Upon termination:

• Access is revoked
• Tokens are not refunded
• Logs may be retained for legal or audit reasons

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for lost profits, damages, or data loss
• We are not liable for misuse of agents or actions taken by third parties using your keys
• Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last 3 months

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including:

• GDPR
• CCPA
• U.S. export control laws

You are solely responsible for how your agents interact with data, users, or third-party APIs.

All services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• 100% uptime
• Agent correctness
• Future availability of any feature

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Any legal action or proceeding must take place in a state or federal court located in Florida, USA.
