Overview
A2SPA is operated by AI Blockchain Ventures LLC under the AI Modularity brand. By using A2SPA, you agree to these terms and to use the service lawfully and responsibly.
Service
A2SPA provides runtime authorization tools for AI-agent actions, including agent registration, API keys, signature-profile checks, policy checks, replay protection, logging, receipts, dashboard tools, and credit-based API usage.
Accounts And Keys
You are responsible for accurate account information, credential security, API keys, private keys, and agent configuration. Private keys are issued for you to store securely and should not be shared.
API Use
You may not bypass security or signature requirements, attempt to overload the system, use the platform for illegal activity, or resell the service without written permission.
Acceptable Use
You may not use A2SPA to facilitate illegal activity, unauthorized access, malware, credential theft, harassment, spam, deceptive automation, or abuse of third-party systems. You may not interfere with service availability or attempt to evade rate limits, billing controls, authentication, or authorization checks.
Security Testing
Good-faith security research is welcome only when it avoids data access, service disruption, social engineering, persistence, lateral movement, and public disclosure before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate. Contact us before testing beyond your own account.
Billing
A2SPA uses prepaid credits for API usage. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. You are responsible for monitoring your balance. Refunds are not provided except where required by law.
Availability And Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, limits, pricing, or APIs with notice where practical. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, A2SPA is provided without uptime, support-response, or compatibility guarantees.
Intellectual Property
A2SPA materials, designs, code, service features, protocol methods, and branding are owned by AI Blockchain Ventures LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or falsely claim authorship of protected materials.
Termination
You may terminate your account by contacting hello@aiblockchainventures.com. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspected abuse, fraud, or prolonged inactivity.
Data And Privacy
Use of A2SPA is also governed by the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that payloads, logs, agent metadata, and downstream actions you submit comply with applicable law and your own customer obligations.
High-Risk Use
A2SPA is a security control for runtime authorization, not a guarantee that agents or downstream systems are safe or correct. Do not rely on A2SPA as the sole control for life-safety, critical infrastructure, medical, weapons, or other high-risk use cases without independent safeguards and a written agreement.
Export And Compliance
You are responsible for compliance with sanctions, export-control, privacy, financial, and sector-specific laws that apply to your use of A2SPA and your downstream agent actions.
Disclaimers And Liability
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, agent correctness, or compatibility with every downstream system. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior three months.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States. Legal proceedings must take place in state or federal courts located in Florida.
