Overview

A2SPA collects only what is needed to operate accounts, process payments, verify agent actions, prevent abuse, and provide support.

What We Collect

We may collect email addresses, names when provided, authentication metadata, payment metadata from payment processing, agent metadata, payloads submitted for verification, policy and continuity records, execution receipts, dashboard logs, public comments, IP addresses for security, and basic browser/device metadata for diagnostics.

How We Use Data

We use data to authenticate users, operate dashboards and APIs, verify agent payloads, enforce replay and policy checks, process payments, monitor abuse, and meet legal obligations.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your data, use third-party advertising trackers, use your data for advertising, or use customer payloads for AI training.

Security

We use access controls, transport security, hashes, signatures, replay protection, and audit logs. You remain responsible for protecting your private keys, API keys, agent logic, and downstream systems.

Retention

We retain account, billing, security, log, receipt, and abuse-prevention records for as long as needed to operate A2SPA, resolve disputes, satisfy legal obligations, and maintain security evidence. Some records may be retained after deletion requests where retention is legally required or necessary for fraud, abuse, payment, or security purposes.

Cookies

We use essential session cookies for signed-in access. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics trackers.

Service Providers

We use carefully selected service providers to operate hosting, authentication, secure storage, payment processing, abuse prevention, diagnostics, and customer support. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to A2SPA and are not permitted to use customer data for their own advertising or AI training.

International Transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. By using A2SPA, you understand that data may be transferred and processed outside your jurisdiction.
